Earl Warren Middle School

It's easy to start a Club at Earl Warren Middle School.  First CLICK HERE to download forms (3 pages).  Next find a teacher to be your Advisor.  Work with your Advisor to fill out the paperwork you downloaded, and to pick days and times that you will meet.  Once forms are completed give them to Ms. Roberta in the Administration office.  Ms. Roberta will then get your paperwork to everyone else that needs to approve it.  The final approval is from ASB, once they approve the club and record it in their minutes, you are official.  WOOHOO!  Mr. Ruecker will let you know when that happens.

There should be at least two meetings per year, one meeting per semester.

Needs to be filled out if you would like to purchase anything for your club using your club money or ASB's money.
